For more information visit our website at www.simonandschuster.com.This Full Associate Producer will primarily focus on studio/tech work, potentially including assisting the Senior Studio Manager in all areas; vetting & trouble-shooting home recording set-ups; editing cross promos; vetting masters; editing marketing clips; recording narrator/author sessions including author intros/afterwords; recording credits sessions; providing ad hoc studio & tech support to producers & readers; checking issues on backlist masters; investigating listener complaints; grooming the S&S Audio studio schedule; maintaining the S&S studio.The Full Associate Producer will also act as an ad hoc AP for in-studio recordings; and report to one of the Executive Producers.Minimum Qualifications:College degree and a minimum of 5 years in publishing, studio engineering, or creative production necessary. Must be proficient with computers, both Macs and PCs, Pro Tools, recording equipment set-up and operation, database programs, Excel, Acrobat, and file formatting.
