Join our ICON team responsible for maintaining the operational status of the National Security Innovation Network. You will be assisting to accelerate early stage technologies, support technology transfer and solve unique Government problems. ICON team members act as partners with the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and other Government agencies to serve in the defense of National Security. operations.

The Network Administrator III will manage task assignment and management staff for program administration and deployment processes, playing a crucial role in communication and coordination with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMO, Government entities (when required), and other relevant groups. Duties will include overseeing the management of data, personnel tracking and accountability, and issuing LOAs and CACs. This senior-level role will require advanced administrative skills and personnel management experience, ensuring the ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with internal processes and procedures. The Network Administrator III will provide supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and Team ManTech staff members. The Network Engineer IV will lead the planning, design, and maintenance of connectivity for enterprise network assets, ensuring compliance and secure operations on unclassified and classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS). Collaborating with stakeholders, they will address connectivity requirements and implement necessary configurations using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler within a Digital Engineering Environment. They will construct architectures of complex systems, evaluate and compare alternative architectures, and articulate uncertainties while defining risks and opportunities associated with system architectures. Supporting requirements management, interface management, and architecture change management processes will be part of their responsibilities. The Network Engineer IV will generate actionable recommendations for Government agencies based on analysis results and will analyze, organize, and translate sponsor data into MBSE SysML artifacts and elements. They will utilize SysML tools to develop architecture, requirements, and behavioral and parametric models, aiming to provide various SysML views to enhance sponsor understanding. They will contribute to the development of implementable strategies for addressing challenges in adopting MBSE and associated tools. Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff members will be another aspect of the role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of data, personnel tracking and accountability, and issuing LOAs and CACs.

Advanced administrative and personnel management, ensuring the ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with internal processes and procedures

Provide supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and Team ManTech staff members

Work closely with cross function teams such as product managers and developers.

Provide Technical representation at meetings and consultations with clients or their representatives.

Manages customer expectations as the on-site company representative.

Maintain strong attention to detail.

Maintain a positive attitude and work as a member of a cohesive team as well as independently.

Interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful way.

Multi-task efficiently and work in a fast pace environment on multiple projects.
