Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and spousal support.Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and draft legal documents with attention to detail and adherence to legal standards.Advocate for clients in court, presenting cases effectively and handling negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to build comprehensive legal strategies for each case.Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion in client interactions.Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing family law, including courtroom experience and case preparation.Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively and efficiently.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in the California State Bar (required).Skills:
