Additionally, the role includes assisting clients with corporate and organizational matters, including formations, capital raises, operational strategy, and contract negotiations.Duties:Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver expert guidance on strategic transactions in the healthcare sector.Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital, and private equity investments.Manage and facilitate joint venture transactions for healthcare clients.Provide support for corporate and organizational workflow, including business formations, capital raises, and operational strategy.Negotiate and draft contracts and other corporate documents.Communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors regularly.Take ownership of projects and ensure successful execution in alignment with client goals.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, specifically within the healthcare industry.Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively within a team.Proven track record of effective communication with clients and third-party advisors.Education:Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to the California Bar.Skills:In-depth knowledge of healthcare transactional law.Strong negotiation and drafting skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.High proficiency in research and analytical tasks.One Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Vice President who will be responsible for bringing in business across Southwest region and other key markets with new clients ranging in size from 500 to 10,000 employees.
