N/AGeneral Role DescriptionExecute the plans for the organization's information technology architecture.Role AccountabilitiesMaintain and execute effective procedures related to network, telecommunications, software, hardware, and servers to support day-to-day operations.Maintain and execute an effective process for monitoring, detection, and correction of security and performance issues for networking, desktop, and communications.Execute business automation projects utilizing the Microsoft 365 platform and third-party tools as directed.Solicit infrastructure needs and proactively advise on infrastructure solutions.Identify system gaps and emerging technologies and recommend changes and adoptions.Manage the vendors on procurement, implementation, and adoption of new tools and applications.Implement network updates with minimal business disruption.Provide reports to appropriate personnel regarding the effectiveness of IT infrastructure procedures.General Employee AccountabilitiesBring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager.Give manager best advice.Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified.Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager.Exemplify Company Core Values: Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal Commitment.Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and laws.Recommend viable improvements proactively.Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field or equivalent via education and/or work experience.3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration and IT business processes.Demonstrated success identifying system gaps and emerging technologies that support accuracy, productivity, and business growth.Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment.Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts.Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.Proficiency in MS Office.Availability to travel domestically and internationally, less than 5%, sometimes with limited notice.Preferred Qualifications5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration and IT business processes.Demonstrated expertise in Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and e-mail administration.Demonstrated expertise in help desk operation.Experience in IT infrastructure administration in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated experience in automation using Power Automate.Demonstrated experience in automation using Microsoft Intune.Demonstrated experience in security policies and frameworks, including NIST SP 800-171 and PRISMA.Demonstrated experience in a recognized business process methodology.Link to TMEIC Corporation Americas website:
