People Partners work with senior leaders to drive the people and culture agenda by shaping and tailoring our global people initiatives to increase the impact for a specific business area. Primary responsibilities include:Strong and impactful deployment of core People Activities, through close collaboration with our Communities of Excellence, such as recruitment, talent management, performance management, headcount governance, and organizational design. Continuously assess the success of each, share feedback, and adjust accordingly.
Facilitate the employee engagement agenda in close collaboration with senior leaders by identifying positive drivers and areas of opportunity to consistently deliver high employee motivation, satisfaction, and engagement.
Position people-related challenges and opportunities in the context of addressing business, consumer, and shopper problems. Foster constructive dialogue that promotes a unified approach with the business.
By leveraging the LEGO Leadership Playground, provide a safe space for leaders (and leadership teams) to learn, grow, and evolve with the workforce so that they can unlock the full potential of the organization.
Uncover, interpret, and use data to identify the root cause of challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
Encourage and motivate leaders to cultivate a change-ready organization. Share insights and information openly, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and growth that fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment for all colleagues.

As a part of the People, Places, & Culture global organization, People Partners work with senior leaders to drive the people and culture agenda by tailoring our global people initiatives to increase the impact for a specific business area. They coach and spar with senior leaders on several issues, including employee satisfaction, talent, diversity and inclusion, organizational structure, compensation, and leadership development.The challenges in this role are shaped by the wide variety of initiatives Partners drive and support. To be successful, Partners must be comfortable facilitating strategic dialogues, providing feedback to senior leaders, completing firm operational timelines, applying local/regional nuance to global direction, and resolving complex issues that involve difficult trade-offs.By delivering on the people and culture agenda alongside our senior leaders, you play an integral role in helping achieve our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.As a People Partner, you play a critical role in delivering on every dimension of organizational health for your dedicated business area ensuring teams are set up for success to deliver against their strategic goals and ambitions to ultimately reach more children.Do you have what it takes?
7+ years of experience partnering with senior level leaders (VP+) to ensure the people agenda is aligned to the business priorities, including experience acting as a coach, challenger, and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working and communicating with partners at all levels of an international organization.
Strong business understanding, with the ability to embed the people and culture agenda in the business plan.
Ability to convert data into insights in a way that informs proposals and influences decisions in people matters within the context of solving business challenges.
Skilled in assessing capabilities and building plans to close gaps.
Strong track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines across several collaborators.
Learning agility and ability to objectively and curiously explore multiple sides of complex employee issues in a way that enables business leaders to evaluate trade-offs, make well-informed decisions, and take appropriate action.
Functional depth in one or more core HR subject areas (Talent, OD, DEI, Compensation, Employee Experience, etc.)
Experience resolving legal/compliance cases a plus.
Experience with Workday and Visier a plus.

This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. This 3-day in the office hybrid working model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.The salary for this position has a range of $124,000-187,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
