Locum Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for a locum tenens position. The ideal candidate must have an active state license and be board certified or board eligible. The schedule will consist of weekdays with call duties. Patient load will include 5 - 10 patients per day, 5-10 new admissions per day, 10 - 15 inpatients/day, and 4 ICU patients/day. Procedures will include upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, lower GI endoscopy, among others. DEA and credentialing will be needed for this position.
