POSITION SUMMARY

The

Digital Project Coordinator

is the glue of NCOA's digital team. This role is responsible for the orchestration of workflow, deliverables, priorities, and projects for the digital team. The Digital Project Coordinator will actively manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and prioritization across the team, as well as intake from stakeholders across the organization. They will implement and maintain project management and Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement. This role supports a dynamic work environment with multiple competing priorities.

Positions at this level require substantive knowledge and experience coordinating requests and projects that support websites. Incumbents are required to make independent judgements within their scope of work and require minimal oversight. Incumbents have a minimum of three years of applicable experience in their discipline and a bachelor's degree or the equivalent, as well as some experience at this level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management:

Coordinate the day-to-day management of ncoa.org and benefitscheckup.org.Serve as the Product Owner for Agile web development teams.Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals and user needs.Help perform testing for bugs and small enhancements.Monitor site performance and user experience, addressing any issues promptly.Project Management:

Manage digital projects, including but not limited to, the expansion of multilingual capabilities.Triage inbound requests for digital team, including requirements refinement, prioritization, and assignment.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all digital projects and processes.Stand up process for creating and distributing release notes.Contribute to weekly report to executive team.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team leadership to establish and refine processes to increase efficiency and transparency.Foster a collaborative environment within the digital team and across departments.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital project management or a similar role.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), Slack, and Zoom.Familiarity with Agile methodology and Product Owner role.Self-Starter with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Other Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience with Amazon Web Services and headless Content Management Systems (e.g., Kontent.ai).Experience working with non-profits and helping disadvantaged populations (e.g., seniors, people with disabilities).PHYSICAL DEMANDS
