Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support company growth.Identify new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients while maintaining connections with existing customers.Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.Conduct regular visits to ethnic and specialty markets to gather insights and discover new product opportunities.Monitor trends in ethnic retail markets to inform product development and merchandising strategies.Ensure effective product placement and promotion in ethnic stores, following specific merchandising guidelines.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to increase brand awareness and expand professional networks.Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in ethnic market food sales and business development.Proven experience working with ethnic grocery stores or specialty markets, with strong cultural awareness.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Russian, or Ukrainian) are highly desirable.Strategic, customer-focused thinker with a results-driven mindset.Willingness to travel daily to support business development activities.Package Details
