Cybersecurity Penetration Tester

The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos is looking for a Cybersecurity Penetration Tester to support the DHS CISA SOC. This position is fully remote for the foreseeable future, except as needed for testing requirements.Knowledge of penetration testing best practices and tool usage.Experience in web application, network, API, serverless, and cloud-based penetration testing.Capable of working within guidance to support penetration testing operations as part of a managed team.Detailed knowledge of web application and network-based penetration testing security tools.Provide expert level guidance to the customer regarding penetration testing and vulnerability assessment industry best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4-8 years of pen testing experience, or 3-5 years of professional experience with a Master's degree.Must be able to obtain a CISA EOD.4-6 years in Pen Testing and Vulnerability Assessment.Preferred Qualifications:Prior DHS IT security and/or audit experience preferred.Previous IT experience, specifically 4-8 years of professional experience in Computer Science, is ideal.Penetration testing experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.Original Posting Date: 2024-11-04Pay Range: $81,250.00 - $146,875.00The pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
