Yard Driver (Night Shift)

Job Description:We are currently seeking a Yard Driver for our night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving trailers and containers between yard locations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.Responsibilities:Safely move trailers and containers between yard locationsConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard trucks and trailersReport equipment issues and maintenance needsAdhere to safety guidelines and protocolsMaintain accurate records and logsDetect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazardsKnowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenanceQualifications:Pass a background and Motor vehicle check, including drug (including marijuana) and alcohol verification drug screenKnowledge and understanding of DOT regulationsNo Major Chargeable AccidentsPossess Valid Class A CDL
