Overview
SUMMARYThe Director of Admissions is responsible for achieving budgeted starts for the campus and the supervision, training and motivation of Admission Representatives. The Admissions Director is also responsible for ensuring compliance of the admissions proves and all other administrative responsibilities of the admissions department. All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concorde's Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure budgeted starts are met or exceeded through the supervising, monitoring,and participating in the enrollment process
Assist in mentoring Directors of Admissions in their assigned areasEnsure all student inquiries are accurately recorded and distributed, all prospective students and visitors are treated courteously, and that reports are completed accurately and forwarded to the appropriate people in a timely mannerParticipate in new student orientations, graduations and other activities as assignedEnsure Admission Representatives have the necessary product knowledge toaccurately present our programsEnsure that enrolled students meet admissions entrance requirements as published inthe school catalog and all admissions documents are complete and accurateHire, train, and supervise departmental personnel and assure departmental compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, licensing and accreditation standards and guidelines, Concorde policies and procedures and computer data input, file maintenance, and report generationRegularly meet with individual Admission Representatives to review their activity andenhance their skills. Coach and counsel for improved performance as warranted andprepare performance evaluations as required by Concorde policyEnsure that he Admissions process reflects Concorde's Mission and ValuesEnsure that the approved training process is used in developing new Admissions Representatives at their assigned campus and to assist in the training of representatives at the campuses they are mentoringOther duties and projects, as assignedATTRIBUTES/COMPETENCIES

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years' experience in proprietary education admission and a proven track record in public or private admissions preferredA minimum of three years' experience as a Director of Admissions preferredDemonstrated leadership abilitiesExcellent communication skills, and a demonstrated experience and commitment to customer service with a continuous focus on improvementSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYSupervises 5 -15 associates including Admission Representatives and Coordinator/Receptionist.Salary range rate from $108,676-$130,000 annually based on experience and education.
