Evaluates patient and obtains pertinent information for the diagnosis and treatment of the medical problem.Demonstrates proficiency in performing aspects of patient care, including medical management and serving as a "surgical assist" for the general surgeon(s)Documents applicable information and completes paperwork.Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient and staff.
Qualifications
EducationMaster's degree from a Physician Assistant ProgramExperienceMedical office experience preferredKnowledge of the disease of Gastroenterology is a plus(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)Focus/SpecialtyFamily/Individual Across the Life Span; APRN-CNP; Adult-Gerontological preferredLicensure/CertificationCurrent Oklahoma Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License.Specialty Certification Preferred.Compensation/Benefits$48.20-$78.73/hr depending on previous work experience.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
