Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day onsite project management and organization of the field service team.
Responsibilities:Supervise the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of new and existing equipment with best in class customer service.Oversee Field Service Technicians in observing, evaluating, and acting on customer requests to solve problems, maximize performance, and improve up-time.Monitor project cost and optimal resource allocation.Build, support, and maintain a strong Field Service team, including interviewing and hiring new candidates, and on-boarding.Develop strong relationships at corporate and plant levels within existing accounts and foster and build these relationships.Ensure safety protocols are followed.Oversee the support of customers with remote and technical phone support and training.Support resharpening program including trainings and assembly support.Act as point of contact within accounts and share customer information with Field Service, USS, and NE teams.Provide onsite support and report ongoing and completed activities from commissioning and performance acceptance.Communicate frequently with the Global Field Service Leaders and Technicians in France and Mexico to ensure adequate coverage, support, and planning of larger complex installations, FATs, and upgrades with field service team.Required Education and Experience:
Requires an Associate's degree (Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field), or foreign equivalent; and eight years of relevant experience.8 years of experience serving as an international field service on Form-Fill-Seal technology and Electrical, Mechanical, Automation and project management.1 year of international workshop experience building machines.Requires fluency in English, Spanish and French.Requires domestic and international travel up to 80% of work schedule, including to France and Mexico to liaise with the Global Field Service Leaders and Technicians.Allows for telecommuting within reasonable commuting distance of Utah-based customers.
