This team is team is looking to take their digital journey to the next level by integrating an Omnichannel approach optimizing their use of Adobe Experience Platform. They need to add a Technical Product Owner to assist them through this process. Ideally, this Product Owner will have previous experience with AEP and products.
Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for solutions built on the Adobe Experience Platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the most valuable features and enhancements.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer success teams, to gather requirements, understand market needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Technical Guidance:
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices in the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:
Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team has a thorough understanding of the requirements.Sprint Planning and Review:
Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality work on time.Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze the performance of the solutions, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure that our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and customer experience solutions.Technical Expertise:
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the Adobe Experience Platform.Agile Methodologies:
Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and conducting sprint planning and reviews.Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
