Summary
The Project Manager-Environmental plays a critical role in overseeing drilling operations, sample and data collection, subcontractor management, data evaluation, and the preparation of comprehensive reports for clients and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate is a dependable and trustworthy leader who excels in a dynamic environment, where both collaborative teamwork and independent decision-making are essential.

Job Responsibilities:
Create and update proposals for diverse projects across multiple geographies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Manage environmental projects, including groundwater monitoring, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project specifications.
Conduct field investigations and sampling, serving as the lead report writer and senior author for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Phase II ESA, and site assessments.
Oversee assessments related to asbestos, lead paint, mold, and indoor air quality.
Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data for project planning and design.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and invoices; manage project budgets and schedules to ensure financial and temporal targets are met.
Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and that outcomes align with client expectations.
Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle effectively and efficiently.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and assist with their needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Organize and maintain client-provided documents and files for tracking and operational purposes.
Handle special client requests related to typing and billing with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain regular attendance to ensure consistent project management and team support.
Adhere to established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support project success and organizational goals.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (in accordance with our Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record Check Criteria), may or may not be required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role
Ability to pass a background check screening in accordance with Florida's Jessica Lunsford Act (or equivalent state classification)
Highly organized and able to multitask
Self-driven and dynamic in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to read and write, including interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as writing routine reports and correspondence and speaking effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers/clients
Ability to function in a high-stress environment, be a strong multi-tasker, and be a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Engineering Intern (EI)
Professional Engineering (PE)
OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER
Master's degree in related field
