As a Senior TechOps Product Manager on the Echo Global Logistics team, you will set the strategic direction and vision for the TechOps & Infosec organizations on the technology components that support our proprietary software and platforms. You will help support the architectural vision of quality, scalability, performance and function. You will help build a world class technology platform.Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively and supports a cross functional team (Infrastructure Engineers, Product Owners, IT Analysts, and IT leaders) in a Waterfall & Agile/product-driven organizationFacilitates strategy, roadmap, and KPI development across the organization to drive synergies and standardizationIntegrates with the delivery leaders & technical teams to understand business priorities and facilitate prioritization of initiativesOwns the monthly business review process outlining core agenda topics, meeting objectives, and outcomesOwns month-over-month KPI development and reporting that aligns with strategyManages ad-hoc initiatives and projects that support overall strategy and key organizational objectivesIntegrates into the larger product organization adopting standards, processes, and guidelinesPosition Requirements:
6+ years Product/Project Management supporting infrastructure & operations and/or technology delivery teams5+ years working with infrastructure & information security technical teams building core infrastructure components & cyber defense strategiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Business preferred or equivalent experience. MBA or a graduate-level degree in a relevant field is a plusAbility to set strategic vision for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end user computing service delivery productsAbility to translate technical infrastructure requirements into business needs and align across technology teamsAptitude to connect effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and captain cross functional delivery teamsStrong communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills with ability to express elaborate business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written formatEcho Global Logistics is a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation management services.
