Oracle Financial Solution Architect

About the roleResponsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Finance solutions that align with the organization's financial objectives and overall business strategy. This position requires deep expertise in Oracle Financials, as well as a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.Roles and Responsibilities:Design and implement Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practicesLead the process design along with client business team and prepare process flows and solution design documentsFunctional design integrations with third party systemsWork with the client to ensure that reporting and analytics is complete, and the client is provided with all the insights that are requiredPrepare test scenarios and anchor the testing phases of the projectOversee data migration activities ensuring high data integrity and accuracyMentor and train internal teams on the financials processes and best practicesPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholdersStakeholder Engagement:Develop optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including Understanding project scope and identifying key dependenciesProposing high-level solutions & delivery estimatesLead demonstrations during client presentations & oralsLead conversations with client CxOs, Senior VPs and Directors across business and ITWork with alliance partners (Oracle and others) to generate leads and maintain relationships.Create unique value position of the Calfus' solutions and offeringsRequired Skills, Experience & Qualities :6-15 years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS)Must have carried at least 3 end to end implementations on Oracle Fusion FinancialsWorking experience in all the financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Expenses, Advanced CollectionsExperience in designing a shared service model with integrations between multiple systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problemsOracle certification in these modules will be an added advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with client stakeholders and internal technical teamExperience and willingness to work in an onsite-offshore modelCalfus will sponsor work authorizations and H1 B visa transfers for qualified candidates.Calfus Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.That means we do not discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.
