We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive.The Manager, Global Platform Partnerships will support the Director and Vice President in the management of global platform partnerships for NBCU’s Direct-to-Consumer group. Our team is responsible for partnership relationships from incubation to implementation, as well to day-to-day partner management across major streaming devices, mobile platforms, and connected TVs for the NBCU suite of D2C apps, including Peacock. This is a highly cross-functional role with touchpoints across Direct-to-Consumer and NBCU, including Device Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, Decision Sciences, Ad Sales, and Operations.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement platform partner strategies to grow our suite of D2C platforms, FAST channel performance, and strengthen our competitive positionCollaborate cross-functionally to support partnership initiativesDevelop, track, and communicate analyses of partnership performance; ensure ongoing alignment with deal commitmentsSupport the creation and delivery of executive-level presentationsEvaluate contract proposals to inform negotiating strategy with distribution platforms and third-party partnersBuild and maintain intelligence on companies in the digital and technology landscape via networking, 3rd party research, trade press and earnings/financial reportingDay-to-day partnership management inclusive of product integrations, marketing strategy, and content operationsQualifications

At least five years of experience in business development, partnerships, or digital media distribution in connection with television/filmExperience with partner management, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to balance priorities of several different teams to execute projects in a timely mannerStrong executive presenceExperience with data analysis and leveraging insights to inform strategic initiativesExperience gathering and analyzing research across internal and external industry sources; ability to clearly articulate the so whatKnowledgeable about current/emerging trends in streaming media and the evolution of technology distribution platformsDesired CharacteristicsPassionate about the media and entertainment industryEnergetic self-starter with experience managing separate workstreams that feed into larger deal/project team taskStrong interpersonal and critical thinking skillsComfort with a fast-paced, always-changing environmentMBA preferred but not requiredAdditional RequirementsHybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range:

$90,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible).Additional Information
