LIHTC Asset Manager
near Boca Raton.
Must have experience managing Assets & Construction, in Florida, not just Property Management.The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial, go getter mind set with proven experience with a large portfolio, commanding meetings, working with construction, and being a liaison between our client and the 3rd party managers. This person is directly responsible for maximizing asset performance, quarterly inspections, quarterly variance reports , leasing, occupancy & cash flow, etc.Qualifications2+ years of experience
LIHTC focused real estate
or finance with emphasis on financial analysis of large portfolios.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferredExperience with non-profit affordable housing, refinancing of debt, HUD regulatory programs, real estate accounting, financial analysis, property management or project developmentDemonstrated proficiency with Excel and Word, AIM internal portfolio system, Work OS and RealPage software, Monday Board, AM Expectations cash cap con, capex boards, external agenda boardsLimited daily travel to sites (no overnights)Please send resume for consideration.
