We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing team. In partnership with our Distribution leadership, the Head of Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, enhancing client engagement and amplifying revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the global asset management industry, including alternative strategies.The ideal candidate understands the unique culture of a talent-based institutionally focused firm and succeeds in a demanding and fast paced environment.Location:

Milwaukee, WI | Remote with regular travel to MKEBase Salary Range: $200,000 – $275,000Specific placement within the provided range will be determined by an individual’s geographic location as well as relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Associates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon Firm and individual performance.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate can expect to:Provide strategic leadership and direction over a multi-functional marketing department with responsibility over client reporting, RFP, Artisan brand and web capabilities, public relations and investment communicationsBe an effective relationship builder to liaison and collaborate across marketing functions, distribution, legal, compliance, sales enablement and technology groups – ensuring consistency in goals and priorities, messaging, accuracy in information and regulatory compliancePartner closely with distribution and firm leadership to help define and cultivate strategy in support of sales initiativesDevelop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels, embodying Artisan Partners’ commitment to excellence and client-centric serviceLead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, thought leadership content, and digital assets and distribute that marketing collateral across multiple mediumsCollaborate closely with the Investment Strategy Group and Distribution to align marketing strategies with firm initiatives priorities, and strategic directionManage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources and a focus on delivering value to clients and best interest of the businessOversee the development and maintenance of Artisan Partners’ digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and email campaigns, to foster meaningful connections with clients and prospectsStay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, technological tools, and client preferences to inform marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement in client engagement and satisfactionLead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence that reflects Artisan Partners’ core values and commitment to diversity and inclusionEstablish clear performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior leadershipQualificationsThe successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing roles within the asset management industry, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with organizational values and goalsDeep understanding of the financial services industry, including multi asset class investment products, distribution channels, and client segments, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive long-term value for clientsDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellenceArtisan Partners Limited Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
