The headquarters Resettlement Team is responsible for the implementation and quality of services for early resettlement programming across the IRC's growing network of local offices and affiliates. The Reception and Placement (R&P) Program, funded by the Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), offers early resettlement services for arrivals entering through the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). In FY 2023 the IRC began a special partnership with emerging resettlement agencies (both local and national) to mentor and train local and headquarters staff in the management and implementation of the R&P Program. The Program Manager will report to the Senior Program Officer, USRAP Capacity Building, and support the USRAP Capacity Building team with monitoring, logistical, and information management tasks. This position will last through September 2025, the duration of the project.Major Responsibilities:

Maintain team program calendar to ensure adherence to established timelines, deliverables and donor requirements.Track work plan and progress toward objectives and indicators.Support proposal development and reporting by assembling data, drafting and editing materials.Support the development of abstracts and other new site documentation, as needed.Assist with research, development and dissemination of resource materials that promote program compliance and excellence for affiliates and partner agencies.Support web-based document sharing (Box) to ensure partner agencies have access to key program materials.Coordinate schedules, logistics and budget for meetings and training.Support financial processes, such as reimbursement requests, new vendor forms, etc.Serve as point-person for purchase requisition creation for procurement of services/items.Provide support with travel arrangements for team members, as needed.Assist with monitoring tasks, including desk monitoring activities, analysis of findings and development of recommendations and follow-up reports.Participate in and support on-site monitoring, as assigned.Other duties, as assigned in support of the USRAP Capacity Building team.Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field of study preferred.Work Experience:

Minimum two to three years non-profit experience with in-depth knowledge of US Refugee Resettlement programs.Prior experience supporting the delivery of training and technical assistance, including the development of informational resources.Experience working closely with external partners.Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of US Refugee Resettlement programs, including experience with the Reception and Placement (R&P) program, preferably at both the local and national levels.High technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, shown command of databases, and evidence-based decision making.Preferred experience & skills:

Prior experience working in a remote work environment is preferable.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information.Strong editing and proofreading skills.Highly organized self-starter with shown success handling multiple priorities, making critical decisions, and delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytic problem-solving skills.Capable of working both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional distributed team structure with collaborators at all levels.Ability to work through change, and shifting priorities, in a proactive and positive manner.Working Environment:

This role is a fully remote position.Up to 20% domestic travel as needed.Compensation:

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.US Benefits:
