Lutron has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to join our Creative Services team out of our Conshohocken, PA office. As the function responsible for creative development and execution, the Creative Services team partners with the marketing teams to develop compelling and on-brand marketing materials. As a project manager, you will lead the execution and delivery of on-budget, high-quality materials. As a creative and innovative problem solver with proven organizational and communication skills, you will ensure the on-time and on-brand creative execution of communications materials to support our marketing strategies. Your ability to learn the marketing team's businesses, customers, marketplaces, and the larger organization's industry is critical to your success in the role. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering creative projects within their assigned function ex. digital advertisement, brochures, sell sheets, etc.. You will work closely with the creative teams, program managers, and marketing to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within allocated budgets.Coordinate communication and collaboration between creative teams, marketing, and other stakeholders.Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, expectations, and progress.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any risks, issues, or roadblocks that may impact project success.Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed department and marketing expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.Manage project documentation, including briefs, statements of work, and project reports.Collaborate with the Resource Manager to ensure that projects are adequately staffed, and resources are effectivelyProvide regular project status updates to Program Managers, Creative Leaders, and other stakeholders.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.007+ years of professional experienceExperience as a project manager developing marketing and communications materials either in an agency or corporate environmentExperience in a wide range of media for marketing programs -- web, digital, brochures, trade shows, sales programs, advertising, and social media.Solid understanding of design and production processesExperience with agency or vendor management
