Business Development Manager

with a background in control systems, marketing experience, and a strong network of national contacts to drive our growth.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control systems market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Leverage existing network to expand the company's reach and influence in the industry.Strategic Marketing:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote control system solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):Lead and manage M&A activities to support the company's growth objectives.Identify potential acquisition targets and conduct thorough due diligence.Negotiate and execute M&A deals in alignment with the company's strategic goals.Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive sales growth by identifying new markets and customer segments.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in business development within the control systems industry.Strong background in marketing and strategic planning.Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including deal negotiation and execution.Extensive network of contacts within the control systems industry nationally.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
