Should be able to handle independently implementation, rollout, and support activities related to Oracle/MS data modeling and engineering projects.Implement new data models or maintain existing ones in Oracle/MS databases to meet business requirements.Design, build, and initially test data models and structures in Oracle/MS databases according to functional requirements.Maintain close communication with business and functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide technical expertise, guidance, and instruction on data modeling processes and best practices to clients and internal stakeholders.Provide daily technical support for Oracle data modeling activities, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.Take responsibility for data migration, data exchanges, delta data mechanisms, and data accuracy testing on Oracle/MS data models and applications.Perform all assigned duties related to data modeling projects and technical support tasks.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to data modeling, database management, and technical support activities.Qualifications

Candidate should have 4+ years of experience in data modeling, with at least 1-2 implementation projects.Oracle Data Modeler, SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages for automation. Knowledge of WhereScape is preferred.Exposure in Azure data products is an added advantage.Should have strong conceptual knowledge of modeling methods - dimensional, logical, physical, and preferably data vault. Proficient in Oracle Data Dictionary objects, including tables, views, synonyms, sequences, and user-defined types.Experience in designing and implementing data interfaces and exchange mechanisms, including ETL processes and file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP/FTP).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Develop enhancements and customization according to business requirements, utilizing Oracle features such as stored procedures, functions, and triggers.Proficient in debugging techniques and performance tuning methodologies for Oracle databases.Experience in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.Good knowledge in SQL Loader, Data Pump, and Import/Export utilities.
