Visit for more details. Responsibilities The individual selected for this position will serve as a key member of the system acquisition teams helping the government COTRs. Arcfield has over 40 years supporting this mission critical program, along with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer support with consistent high award fees. This well–established, tenured team of SETA is looking to expand their expertise and is seeking a candidate who will play a pivotal role in the Information System Security Engineering in the planning and acquisition of space and ground–based systems, ensuring successful information assurance compliance across development efforts and delivery of cutting–edge solutions. This assistance spans all six steps of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) from acquisition planning and source selection through fielding of capabilities into operations and sustainment. This position includes coordinating with multiple developers for timely asset registration and categorization through issuance of an Authorization to Operate (ATO) with Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M). Daily Tasks include, but are not limited to: Provide analytical and technical security recommendations to the customerIdentify projects' security requirementsUtilize SNOW for security processing and assessment complianceProvide security recommendations for systems using Cloud servicesParticipate in network design reviews and security testing for the customer's networksCoordinate with system development teams, government PM's and COMM ISSE's to ensure network security standards are being followed and implemented correctlyIdentify additional security requirements, based on Risk management Framework (RMF) or as the result of security issues that put the customer's systems at riskReview and analyze new systems (hardware and software) and provides recommendations concerning their securityReview Security Requirements Traceability Matrixes (SRTMs), System Security Plans (SSPs) and other IA documentation for completenessQualifications Required Qualifications: BS 8–10, MS 6–8, PhD 3–5 Information Systems Engineering or STEM and 6+ years in fielding technical systems or relevant experienceMust possess a current TS/SCI clearance with Poly6+ years of ISSE experienceKnowledgeable of customer's infrastructureFamiliarity with customer's IA processesExperience within government acquisition processes Demonstrated ability to interact with organizational IT staff and senior government staff Experience with Intelligence Community Directive 503 (ICD 503) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities and the RMF process Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for RMF compliance, reporting and continuous monitoringExperience with development of dashboards to status where assets are in the RMF process.Experience with delivering capabilities into operations and sustainment Demonstrated experience providing security engineering to cloud capabilities and solutions in AWS, Azure or other mainstream CSPExcellent communications skills – Verbal and Non–VerbalDemonstrated expertise and experience in networking protocols and conceptsDemonstrated knowledge and experience in software defined networking principles and technologiesDemonstrated knowledge and experience in the NIST RMFDemonstrated expertise and experience in cybersecurity principlesDemonstrated experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systemsExperience with IA vulnerability testing and related network and system test tools (i.e. HBSS, EVSS, etc)Familiarity with Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions (ECDS)Proficiency in leveraging MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to create appropriate content and job aids Demonstrated ability to represent the customer to stakeholders to establish and maintain acceptable system security postures Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel Desired Qualifications: Experience working in a DoD and IC operational environment Experience coordinating across DoD/IC agency boundaries Experience delivering interagency solutionsExperience in executing Space System acquisitions Experience ensuring CDRLs meet IA standards and regulationsExperience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and tools Strong negotiation skills to develop coalition solutions Experience providing government assistance to ensure the architecture and design of information systems are functional and secureDemonstrated cloud architecting experience (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect)Systems Engineering (configuration management, requirements management/writing, architecture, interfaces)Self–starter requiring limited direction and supervisionExperience briefing senior customer personnelAbility to organize and prioritize numerous customer requests in a fast paced deadline driven environmentExperience with IA vulnerability testing and related network and system test tools (i.e. HBSS, EVSS, etc.)Familiarity with Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions (ECDS)EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
