Develop and implement legal strategies for a variety of cases and matters.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.Manage and handle cases independently from inception to resolution.Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, legal documents, and related materials.Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on various disputes.Cultivate and maintain client relationships and manage client interactions ethically.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and before government agencies.Oversee depositions and discovery processes.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Track and adhere to all relevant legal deadlines and requirements.Requirements
Active license to practice law in Colorado.6-8 years of professional legal experience in civil litigation.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated experience with court appearances and depositions.Familiarity with legal practice management software, preferably Clio.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.Skills
In-depth knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures.Ability to work independently and handle cases from start to finish.Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficient in legal research and document preparation.Benefits
