Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency.
Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience.
Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims.
Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews.
Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates.
Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company.
Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
Ability to be in person in our San Francisco office, Monday - Thursday.
