Minimum of 2 years of experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation or related fields.Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.Skills:
Proficiency in litigation processes, including discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation.Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Remote Work Flexibility:
