Manage and prioritize a large caseload involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and mortgage banking.Draft and review pleadings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.Attend hearings, status conferences, and represent clients in various proceedings.Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to discuss case strategy and updates.Provide innovative solutions to complex legal issues to mitigate client risk.Requirements

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and active member in good standing of the New York State Bar.Previous experience in title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and mortgage banking is a plus.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and within a team.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications

Licensed to practice law in New York.Skills

Proficient in legal drafting and review with a focus on regulatory compliance.Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.Ability to manage high-volume caseloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Benefits
