1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation or trial settings.Experience in insurance defense or a desire to transition to plaintiff's work is desirable.Ability to take and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, and contribute to trial preparations.Previous experience as an assistant state attorney or assistant public defender is a significant advantage.Bar certification in Florida is required.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory based on experience.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:
Strong legal research, drafting, and case management skills.Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Trial experience is a plus but not required.Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience.Performance-based commission structure, offering 10% of attorney fees from settlements and trial outcomes.Projected total compensation between $125,000 and $200,000 annually, depending on performance and efficiency.Location:
