This position oversees multiple projects and will be responsible for the overall direction, improvement, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific assigned projects and tasks ensuring consistency with company strategies, commitments, and goals. This role manages key Projects end-to-end in a fast paced, complex business environment and acts a traffic coordinator across multiple departments ensuring direction is clear, deadlines are set and adhered to, and that projects are completed on time as well as a review of process to call out any gaps or opportunities for improvement.San DiegoFull-TimeIn-OfficeReports to: Director of ProcurementEssential Duties and responsibilitiesMaintain a thorough understanding of each project scope, schedule, budget, assign deadlines, and deliverablesMaintain and demonstrate superior interpersonal written and oral skills in daily relations, inventory management, and reportingAct as liaison between Procurement and other departments; Marketing, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Graphic Design, and ITCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projectsProvide full support on all cost savings effortsProactively communicate project status, issues, delays, and risk to all relevant departments and leadershipCommunicate directly with manufacturers and suppliers on all open ordersAssist in creating and maintaining SOPsCommunicating OOS or at-risk items across all departmentsQuality Control duties as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Strong ability leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and achieving common goalsStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong lead by example' can-do attitude with great interpersonal skillsAbility to problem solve under pressure, use reason, remain focused, take initiative and be creative and resourcefulQualificationsMinimum 2 years of related project managementNetSuite Experience preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office environment; requirements including sitting, standing, and heavy use of computers, working in an open-air layout
