Senior Product Manager
to drive our product management and development for high-quality, durable dental equipment. This role requires expertise in
physical product development and marketing strategy
in B2B settings. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sr. Product Mgr. will manage the entire lifecycle of product development (NPD) for durable goods, from ideation to market launch, ensuring our products exceed industry standards and consistently meet market demands.
In this role, you will:
Guide Product Strategy:
Lead product management initiatives that align with sales and marketing strategies, targeting robust revenue growth for our restorative dental solutions.Lead New Product Development:
Drive end-to-end product development for high-quality durable goods, managing cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.Build Long-term Market Insight:

$115 - $145k

Experience and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA preferred
(Technical degrees alone may not be ideal for this role).5+ years of product management experience in durable goods manufacturing
(B2B experience is highly preferred, with an understanding of complex product development timelines).Dental or medical products industry experience is a plus.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.
Market Analysis and Product Insight:
Conduct primary and secondary market research on trends in durable goods, particularly in dental or medical industries.
2.
NPD & Product Lifecycle Management:
Lead concept generation, specification development, and commercialization for physical products in collaboration with engineering, operations, and sales.
3.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Interface with stakeholders, including engineering and operations, to ensure alignment with market needs and production capabilities.
4.
Pricing & Strategy:
Develop global pricing structures and oversee product-related market expansion initiatives.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Marketing and Business Development Focus:
Demonstrated ability to blend data analysis with practical marketing and pricing strategies for durable goods.Collaboration and Communication:
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams within manufacturing environments.Results-Oriented and Strategic:
Ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product strategies.
Travel Requirements:
Limited, primarily for U.S.-based trade shows and industry events.
