Bilingual Korean HR GeneralistResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee exitsAdminister payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthlyAct as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulationsDevelops, implements, and monitors compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programsResearches, reviews, maintains, and renews company benefit packagesAlign HR programs and objectives with headquarter in Korea and provide necessary HR data and informationManage the office work environment, office assets and supplies, company eventsRequirementsBilingual in English and Korean required1-2 years of progressive HR experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop, implement, and manage strategic plansDetail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality
