Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with expertise in IT, security, and cloud environments. The role involves supporting compliance and security workstreams across the NIS portfolio, coordinating risk management activities, and providing guidance on policy requirements. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership experience in risk management, and the ability to oversee complex projects. This position requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card status.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate compliance and security workstreams, identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the organization.
• Document security controls and prepare supporting security documentation as part of the Governance and Enablement group.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and central repositories for senior leadership, including tools such as Xacta and SharePoint.
• Serve as the primary contact for OCISO, NIT/SF auditors, and other risk assessment agencies.
• Provide guidance to product teams on FRISS policy requirements, including control implementations and remediation plans.
• Develop and present reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in Information Technology, Cloud, security/controls, or similar areas.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse subject matter experts.
• Strong influencing skills within a matrix or virtual organization.
• Excellent priority-setting, flexibility, and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder with intent to become a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with compliance platforms like Xacta and collaboration tools like SharePoint.
• Knowledge of security control frameworks and risk management best practices.
