Responsibilities include ongoing analysis, monitoring results, collaborating with partners, and developing underwriting, pricing, and product strategy to meet clients' needs.Maintains and improves specific casualty insurance product lineProvides expertise to field underwritingMonitors rate adequacy and works with the Actuarial teamSupports product development and pricing strategyCollaborates with internal departmentsAssists in compliance specifications and initiativesDesigns and supports trainingQualifications:College Degree preferred or equivalent experience plus CPCU, ARM, AU or other designation-related courseworkMinimum of 5 years in insurance strongly preferredKnowledge of ISO, NCCI, and independent state bureau requirementsExtensive Personal Computer skillsSalary range of $105k - $120k.
