Job SummaryGlobaLogix is seeking an energetic Business Development Professional to join our team and help us expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing innovative strategies to achieve our goals in the Water/Wastewater and Oil & Gas industries.Key ResponsibilitiesQualify, engage, and meet prospective clients to build the sales pipelineEstablish new relationships and cultivate ongoing rapport with decision-makers in target industriesQualify and close business with new prospects and existing clientsMeet assigned sales goals for developing new businessSeek and grow the business by cross-selling to existing clientsRespond promptly to requests, proposals, and quotationsEmbrace the sales process and effectively maintain the CRMAdditional Responsibilities

Develop and maintain required expertise in GlobaLogix-provided servicesProficiently present and demonstrate GlobaLogix-provided servicesPresent products and solutions to prospects beneficial to both the client and the companyActively pursue referrals and develop leadsRespond to requests for information from prospects with appropriate documentationWrite effective and technically proficient proposalsBring in colleagues with expertise and specialized knowledge to the sales process at appropriate pointsTransition closed business to internal execution team(s)Attend and present at industry tradeshows, conferences, social media engagement, etcAttend and actively engage networking eventsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, business management or engineering preferredMinimum of five years of sales experience with demonstrated successHouston-basedSalary plus commission20% TravelPreferences
