Within GRAO is the recently established Strategic Remediation Oversight and Governance (SROG) Team which provides oversight on significant remediation activities.This Program Associate Sr. Consultant role reports to the Program Management and Reporting Manager within the SROG team. This role will be responsible for the management, coordination, tracking, and reporting of significant remediation activities. Additionally, this role will be required to engage with all levels of stakeholders within GRAO, internal audit, and business and corporate functions, and will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the activities within the projects they are engaged.The ideal individual will be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations as well as maintain a realistic balance among multiple, competing priorities. This role works under pressure at times, and this person will need to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and attention to detail.The key responsibilities of the role include:Project management of significant remediation activities, including status reporting, resource planning and schedulingWorking closely with program managers to monitor and plan for the impacts to the significant remediation activities for corporate wide initiatives, and then working with Strategic Remediation

leadership to ensure appropriate actions and their successful completionWorking closely with the Program Management and Reporting Manager within SROG to allocate resources and track the successful and timely completion of status reporting on remediation activitiesEscalate and communicate project issues and risks and agree path forward for resolutionDevelopment and maintenance of project information, including progress, status, and risks, in Microsoft Project or similar tracking toolConsolidation of dynamic information from multiple sources to capture and present a single view to monitor activity status and enable leadership decisions on execution and resourcesDevelopment and delivery of management information for Global Regulatory Affairs Leadership, corporate stakeholders and governance forumsEngaging with partners from across Global Regulatory Affair Office and the organization to ensure the timely delivery of quality control activities and deliverablesEstablish and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholdersDevelop status reporting with updates on key accomplishments, activities coming due as well as risks and issues that may impact the program scope, schedule, people or budgetMaintain and escalate, as needed, log of risks, issues, action items, assumptions and decisions needed through closure or resolutionMaintains confidentiality of correspondence records, presentations and reports in a central repository systemPrioritizes and handles multiple projects with accuracyDelivers a work product that requires less revisionAble to facilitate discussions and reach decisionsThe successful candidate will benefit from having:ACollege or University degree preferred or equivalent experience5+ years relevant project/program management experience is requiredProject Management Professional (“PMP”) certification is preferredTechnical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite required(strong with Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project).Superior analytical and organizational skills, managing and tracking efforts on multiple projects at onceAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prove flexibility to change plans at short noticeAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms (e.g., executive writing), with all levels of staff and senior leadersFunctional / Industry Knowledge is required (financial risk, non-financial risk, regulatory and/or compliance)Self-motivated, highly flexible and adaptable to changeAnalytical and problem-solving skills are requiredMust have solid judgment to manage competing priorities#LI-LK2, #LI-HybridWorking with Us:As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
