Senior Manager / Associate Director for our Liquid Biopsy
portfolio, and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide.Ideally, you will be in proximity to our Switzerland (Rolle) or US (Boston) Corporate offices on a hybrid work-schedule, however suitably qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across EU5 or the US-North East.Due to high collaboration and team structure within Europe, this role wouldn't suit someone working remotely from the US West Coast or Central states.Our missionWe believe there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare and our cloud-native AI powered SOPHiA DDM Platform makes that vision a reality on a daily basis. You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.Your missionReporting to the VP, Application Product Management, you will globally own the complete lifecycle of the product within our Liquid Biopsy portfolio. You will combine technical and commercial ability to ensure product growth.The value you bringAct as a true champion and owner of your products in our Oncology Liquid Biopsy Application portfolioTotal lifecycle management – From inception, through development and review and onto sunsetting for multiple product linesCommercial ownership – Pricing structure, Market analysis, product delivery models and financial forecastingAct as the central control hub between Sales, Marketing, Product Development and all others involved in the lifecycle and deployment of the portfolioPartner closely with our Clinical Sales and BioPharma Diagnostics teams to help build and develop and commercial product portfolio that meets customer demands.RequirementsTo be best set for success, we see you bringing:4-6 Years experience within Product ManagementDirect knowledge of Oncology Diagnostic Applications is critical, and previous experience within Liquid Biopsy is advantageousStrong commercial acumen, with past experience in market analysis and financial forecastingClinical application knowledge of the NGS workflow highly beneficialBSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar.As a public organisation facing ongoing commercial growth, you will bring a success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset that embraces team collaborations, change, growth and inclusion.As an international organisation, English is our primary business language and as part of your recruitment journey, you should expect to meet English-only speakers.
