Highnote is looking for a Senior Network Operations Manager to join our Partner Operations team. This is a key role working internally across the organization and externally with our key network partners, Visa and Mastercard, sponsor banks, and with our subscribers. This role will lead implementation of projects with the networks, troubleshoot network issues, analyze performance and financial metrics, and support the Head of Partner Operations in strategic initiatives. Representative projects include: BIN installation, network project management, network reporting set up and analysis, Interchange analysis and reporting. The role requires extensive experience in BIN installation, management, and with card network rules and terminology. The ideal candidate will have worked at a Card Network and an Issuer Processor. You will partner with many other teams at Highnote, but particularly with Business Operations, Engineering, and Finance. You will report into the Head of Partner Operations.What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for day to day operations with Highnote’s card network partners.Initiate and manage project implementations with the card networks, including BIN set up and changes.Analyze network and bank reports and performance to identify errors and opportunities.Establish strong relationships with the counterparts at the card networks and sponsor banks.Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding network projects and issues with internal teams.Collaborate with internal teams including Business Operations and Finance.Seek process improvements, develop and drive requirements for automation and analysis.What we are looking for:

10+ years of experience working with the card networks.Prior experience working at a Card Network or an Issuer Processor.Detailed understanding of BIN set up and management.Deep understanding of forms, terminology, and codes used by the networks.Card Issuing or Acquiring experience.Self-starter who is motivated and has an outrageous attention to detail.Bonus skills:

Our compensation packages are competitive based on robust market research and are a combination of a cash salary, equity, and benefits. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual salary range for applicants is $175,000-$225,000.Please note that positions located in San Francisco are hybrid and include core working days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office.
