OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company including ALM, Int Rate Risk, Cash-Flow forecasting, Budgeting, Risk Management, Facilities Maintenance, and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingManage the revenue cycle and ensure financial stabilitySupervise the finance team and provide guidance and mentorshipNegotiate contracts with vendors and clients to optimize financial outcomesManage the Business Continuity Planning programEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standardsSkills
Strong background in financial analysis and reportingProficiency in revenue cycle managementExperience in supervising finance teamsExpertise in financial management principlesKnowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniquesStrong analytical skills related to Asset/Liability ManagementExperienced in Investment Analysis and TradingJob Type : Full-timePay : $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits :
