Supply Chain Program Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI)

In this role you will play a crucial role in orchestrating New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within a dynamic supply chain environment. You will leverage your technical expertise and program management skills to drive the successful launch of innovative solutions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organization. As a key point of contact for engineering teams, you will ensure that projects align with strategic objectives, managing risks and performance metrics to optimize outcomes. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and influence cross-functional collaboration will be essential as you contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement a New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness strategy.
Conduct risk management efforts to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Provide insights and identify opportunities for schedule acceleration through cost-benefit analyses and performance analytics.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product’s technical attributes, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
Engage effectively with engineering teams to ensure alignment on schedule, risks, issues, quality, and product changes to meet business and customer needs.
Operate effectively in ambiguous situations, applying and designing processes that create value and facilitate execution.
Utilize program management tools and communication methods to ensure stakeholders have a common understanding of project timelines and responsibilities.
Influence organizational boundaries to achieve broad business goals through early lifecycle engagement.
Scale NPI processes to enhance clarity and simplify execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, operations, or related fields.
Proven experience in program management at a high-tech company, successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes.
Strong proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in cloud supply chain environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous situations and effectively manage conflicting priorities and changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Background in technical engineering, manufacturing, or hardware development, with a focus on operational excellence.
Salary Range:
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
