We specialize in delivering world-class Digital Product Engineering, Data Management and Analytics, and Staffing Solutions services to Fortune companies, SMBs, ISVs, and fast-growing startups.Job Description:Lead the implementation of the ERP system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, manage project schedules, and identify risks.Set build plans, drive material readiness with the supply chain, and evaluate constraints.Participate in early-stage product development, ensuring alignment objectives and requirements of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, and Service.Optimize sustaining products, provide feedback to Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain, and make recommendations for future designs and processes.Evaluate performance against customer and business requirements, implement risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with the operations strategic sourcing team to drive cost reduction and component sourcing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.Provide input on DFx methods (manufacturing, quality, sourcing, service, and cost) in Hardware Engineering design discussions.Utilize technical expertise to meet program cost targets at a product and commodity level.Develop and maintain PLM processes and policies for effective product transition management, including risk analysis, supply continuity, and end-of-life considerations.Establish clear mechanisms to communicate program status and changes to the team and management.Demonstrate understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, and product positioning.Apply Six Sigma and continuous process improvement concepts.Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBi) for strong analytics and deliver business insights to stakeholders.Required Skills:
