We create properties of enduring value using superior design and finishes, supported by a deeply instilled ethic of personal service, satisfying the needs and tastes of our discerning clients and maintaining our position as one of the industry’s best performers.We are actively seeking candidates with experience in Business Development and Targeted Sales Strategic Planning, specifically within high-end residential sales, to add to our large existing client portfolio. Our luxury client portfolio requires responsible oversight by someone with experience in luxury residential construction.We are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to work with the Marketing department to evolve our sales platform and manage a wide variety of client project types. You will organize and oversee construction procedures, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills, with the goal of ensuring all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.Responsibilities
Create strategic planning surrounding current clients and new client acquisition and support.Coach team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.Develop strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training and development.Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly updates on current opponents or business possibilities.Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity.Requirements
Proven experience as Sales Lead.In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.Good knowledge of MS Office.Familiarity with construction/project management software; additional Procore proficiency a plus.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.A team player with leadership abilities.Benefits
