They are looking for a marketing expert to come in and accelerate their brand, fan engagement, ticket sales, and more.This role will be responsible for managing the strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders, both internal and external, reporting directly into the President.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, traditional media, email, events, etc.).Manage digital marketing & communications efforts, including team website, social media accounts, email marketing, and mobile app.Develop a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at driving revenue, with specific focus on individual ticket sales.Develop strategies for increasing fan interaction and growing revenue through digital media.Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.Skills & Experience:
4+ years' experience in a marketing role.Experience within a sports team or league.Expertise across brand, fan engagement, and merchandising.Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
