The Intellectual Property Litigation group of the New York office is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2020-2019) with Computer Science or other STEM background who is versed in patent litigation.

Candidates without a technical degree will be considered if they have demonstrable experience on complex IP matters.

Solid law firm experience and a high level of academic achievement a must.

The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.Associates who join Skadden laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
