Job Overview:
A prominent Denver-based law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their team. This role focuses on managing a caseload involving Adjustment of Status, Consular Petitions, Waivers, and other related immigration matters. The attorney will work in a professional and collaborative environment, supported by a dedicated bilingual staff, to provide top-quality legal services to clients. Duties:
Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including Adjustment of Status, Consular Petitions, and Waivers.Prepare and file affirmative USCIS petitions.Oversee consular processing and related immigration matters.Collaborate with a bilingual support staff to ensure efficient case management.Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters.Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress.Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall case strategy.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and procedural requirements.Requirements:
Active law license in Colorado or another U.S. state.Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on USCIS petitions and consular processing.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active Bar License in Colorado or another U.S. state (required).Skills:
