Legal Proceedings : Support the commercial litigation team across all phases of legal proceedings, including initial filings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.Document Preparation : Assist with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents related to commercial transactions, contracts, and business formations.Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze findings to support case strategies, brief writing, and client advisories.Client Interaction : Engage with clients to provide practical legal advice, foster excellent service, and ensure high client retention.Business Development : Collaborate with team members on initiatives aimed at expanding and developing client accounts.Compliance and Governance : Assist in preparing legal strategies and advise clients on compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar and good standing as a member.Demonstrated skills in legal writing, research, and communication.Interest in commercial litigation, transactional work, and corporate advisory.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.Familiarity with legal automation tools for case management and document drafting is advantageous.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.Certifications

Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing.Skills
