Advise clients on best legal practices and deliver tailored legal guidance throughout case proceedings.Draft, review, and administer legal documents, including motions, memoranda, and contracts.Collaborate with the legal team to compile thorough trial briefs.Oversee and review discovery documents, strategizing on case direction based on findings.Maintain a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences.Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.Conduct and facilitate depositions of expert witnesses and case witnesses.Research legal precedents, interpret rulings, and anticipate potential legal risks.Manage case files from initiation to closure, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates on case status.Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in litigation, specifically in general liability or construction law.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation abilities.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.Familiarity with legal technology and case management systems.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of California.Skills:
Proficient in litigation tasks, including depositions and motion practice.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.Effective team collaboration skills while independently managing cases.Skilled in legal research, documentation, and client communication.Benefits:
