3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.Skills:
Expertise in commercial litigation and legal research.Ability to develop and execute complex case strategies.Strong interpersonal skills for client and witness communications.Proficient in drafting legal documents and court filings.
